My AeroWeek #11

Welcome once again to another post of my year in Globalia. This is the 11th post I do about the Aeromecanic Maintenance course that I am studying. This week has been the continuation of the previous one in the theoretical part. We continue with Instrumentation and Navigation, and then we started ATA 22, Auto Flight, and ATA 23, Communications. Believe it or not, these 4 ATAs have a lot of relationship since they are fundamental to make a safe flight to assist and guide the pilot.
As expected, in practice we continue with the same ATAs as the previous week, but introducing the ATA 23. This time, I removed and installed an antenna with Jose, Francisco and Rafa Sunday. This antenna was a VOR, or Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range, an antenna that serves to locate the plane with reference to ground stations. For example, one of those ground stations is on the way to Cala Pi.

On the other hand, this weekend was a new defeat for us. This time, against Espanya of Llucmajor, in our field 1-2. Lately, we are having a bad results and that has positioned us 14th. If we had not wasted so many points, we would be higher in the standings. Even so, we have to get back to good results because there is still a lot of season and we can not give up. I'm so proud of my players and I'm sure things will get better.

Thank you very much for reading, I hope it was not too long and that it has been enjoyable.
See you soon!
